Our parkour classes are designed to build strength, self-awareness, confidence and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports.
Students will have the opportunity to enjoy activities including flipping, climbing, jumping, obstacle courses and a range of body movements in an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Students will learn to move and overcome obstacles in front of them, not just for today, but for life.

  • This is our youngest introduction to the movement discipline of parkour.
  • Students will learn skills to develop balance and gross motor skills through proper technique.

Basics Parkour

  • 7 years and up
  • 75min class
  • Students will learn to put specific skill elements together in a parkour sequence of movements.
  • Students learn specific vaulting techniques and higher precision jumps in this class.
  • This class begins to teach students how to navigate a parkour course with safety in mind.

  • Students will be balancing and walking on a single rail while practicing safe landings.
  • Students will be utilizing all of their parkour skills in different ways to safely maneuver through a parkour course.

  • Students will be introduced to various types of somersaults in the class.
  • The precision jumps will be more challenging and the wall run will be higher.

  • This class has a specific focus on tumbling, flips, and other aerial skills.
