Testimonials
All my 3 kids come to Airborne for classes, from parkour to recreational and high-level competitive gymnastics. Our experiences have been very positive. The coaches and staff are very supportive and there is a family feel to the gym. Airborne provides a pathway to achieve your goals in gymnastics, whether it is recreational fitness, or high-level JO and elite gymnastics. My eldest daughter has been training at Airborne for 10 years and recently just got awarded an athletic scholarship to a D1 gymnastics college. It is a dream come true for her. Thanks to the coaches, my daughters have learned a lot of life skills through this journey and become confident, resilient and respectful young women.

I have two daughters in a competitive gymnastics program at Airborne. The oldest has been there for 8 years, and still loves gymnastics, which kind of is a miracle given how many hours a week they spend in the gym and how hard the job of a competitive gymnast is. I brought them to Airborne to learn some skills and stay active but they also learned to be team players, to have work ethics, to respect sport and those who lead them on their journey, to persevere and so much more. The team and the gym have become the second family and home. Our coaches are amazing people, we are very grateful and lucky to have met them.

For as long as I can remember, Airborne Gymnastics has been my second home, and the overwhelmingly supportive, welcoming, and caring environment has impacted me both inside and outside of the gym. While gymnastics is one of the most physically and mentally demanding sports to be great in, the staff and support group at Airborne is completely unmatched. Airborne is the place where I have had many firsts over the years including my first rip, kip, and much more. Gymnastics is a sport that takes hours and hours of hard work, but in turn, the reward is immeasurable. As I practically grew up in an Airborne Gymnastics leotard, I see the staff not only as my coaches, but also as my mentors, second family, inspirations, and much more. Being an Airborne gymnast is truly something special and I would not want to have spent these countless hours with any other team. All of my successes are because of this gym and I would not trade my experience for anything in the world.

Airborne carried us through dark times of last year. We zoomed for fitness and skills during lockdown, worked outdoors weather permitting, and generally supported each other during desperate moments. I have two daughters who go here regularly and one more who did camp in earlier years (we have been coming for 6 years now). We celebrate our birthdays here, too. Big love to our favorite coaches Hannah, Anna, John, Brooke, Lawrence, and the rest. I bring my daughters here to learn commitment and dedication from these people.

From the moment we walked through Airbornes doors nearly 13 years ago, to the amazing lasting memories, life lessons, and the forever friends lasting long past the walls, Airborne is family. Our daughter started out at Airborne for balance and exercise and is now a committed D1 athlete with a full-athletic scholarship. Each coach from every level have helped shaped our daughter into a confident, successful young woman. We would like to extend a special thank you to Mel and Leah for welcoming our family and guiding us through this amazing journey. Gymnastics is not easy, but Airborne has instilled integrity, perseverance, and confidence in our daughter. We love Airborne. #airbornestrong

Our daughter spends many hours of her young life in the gym. This is agreeable to us as parents only because we see her thriving in an environment that is at once secure and creative. Training for competitive gymnastics is hard— extremely demanding on both physical and mental strengths— but our child’s overall disposition tells us that she remains happy and motivated at the gym. For this, we fully credit her no-nonsense but nurturing coaches and the owner of Airborne. Their collective expertise, sharp eye, positive approach, and the Airborne culture of making gymnastics “fun” are the stuff that creates standouts in the sport— something that we continue to witness. It is clear (and extremely assuring) that Airborne regards mental and emotional wellbeing as essential complements to physical skills in every athlete’s formation. Finding the right gym is very difficult. We feel fortunate to have landed the perfect fit for our daughter, with Airborne.

My daughter has been in gymnastics for over 15 years--ranging from Mommy and Me classes to Level 10 competitive gymnastics. Airborne has something for all levels and ages. The competitive program is top notch and gymnasts travel near and far to train with their excellent coaches and staff. Being in competitive gymnastics is not always easy. Airborne's team program is well organized and the communication from the office is timely and reliable. As a parent, I always feel well informed and supported. Bravo Airborne Gymnastics!
Additional thoughts:
Melissa is super supportive and a joy. Her unique combination of kindness and creativity inspires the girls. We are lucky to have her positive coaching!
Cleo is simply amazing. She coaches with the best combination of skill, vision and competitiveness. Under her discipline and guidance, my L10 daughter has improved her skills and abilities tremendously.
Mel is the charismatic force that runs all aspects of the gym from recreational classes to L10 college recruitment. I love that Mel has run Airborne for so long. It speaks to her steadfast commitment to our gymnasts and community. It is a privilege being a part of this great gym!
