Team Viewing Policy – Effective 11-2024
Given the constraints of limited viewing space and parking, we are implementing a Team Family Viewing Policy. This approach aims to reserve space for parents with young children or children requiring special attention due to behavior or health concerns. This viewing schedule takes into account the duration of each group’s workout, ensuring an opportunity for all parents to observe their gymnast’s workout.
Please note – any alterations in the schedule will be accompanied by corresponding updates to the viewing policy.
In order to fulfill the team volunteer requirement outlined in our Team Contract, our Team Cleaning Day will be TBD!
This is a mandatory event for all team families in order to fulfill our volunteer requirement.
-
Mandatory Family Participation: One parent from each family needs to sign up for a 3-hour shift.
-
Can’t Participate? A buyout option is available for $175 (email the office if interested).
-
Schedule: Friday, 5/31. Four different 3-hour shift options from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We understand this isn’t ideal, but securing a weekend date that doesn’t conflict with a holiday was challenging.
The sign-up sheet is linked below. Each “shift” is a three-hour time slot, and we will complete various projects throughout the day to get the gym looking clean.
