Join us at our 25,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Santa Clara, CA. Our 90-minute birthday parties include:
- 55 minutes of supervised fun: Kids will enjoy exciting activities in our gym.
- 35 minutes of party time: Celebrate with food, drinks, and cake in a private party room.
- A special gift: Every child gets a balloon, and the birthday child receives a FREE Airborne Gymnastics T-shirt!
Party Details:
- All birthday parties are a default of 20 children. Parties for up to 30 children may be available upon request and staff availability.
- All children, regardless of age, are counted towards the total amount of children.
- Seating is provided for children in the birthday party room.
- Our coaches will set up the party room, lead the activities, serve food to guests, and clean up after the party.
- Our facility has one designated birthday party space at this time that can accommodate 30 children and 32 adults.

Reservation Process:
- Complete the Online Form: Provide your child’s name, age, desired package, payment information, and contact details.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A $190 deposit will be charged within 24 hours of your booking.
- Final Payment: Pay the remaining balance in cash to your coach on the day of the party. No credit cards or checks will be accepted.
Important Notes:
- No Changes: The date and time cannot be changed once booked.
- Party Size: Changes to the number of children (up to 30 or down to 20) must be made at least 14 days in advance.
- Cancellations: Any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Email confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours.
Reminder email: A second confirmation email and a phone call will be made the Monday before your scheduled birthday party.
Guest Waivers: We’ll send you a link to share with your guests so they can sign the required waiver.
Goody Bags: You can purchase party favors (goody bags) from us or bring your own. Please let us know a week in advance if you’d like to order from us.
Guest Count: All children (regardless of age) participating in floor activities, including the birthday child, count towards the total guest count.
Waiver Requirement: All participants must complete an online waiver before joining any activity. The host family will share a link to the waiver form. The waiver will also be available by QR at the birthday party check-in.
Host Arrival: Party hosts should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party time. Your coaches will assist in setting up your birthday party space before the activity.
Attire: Please dress your child in comfortable clothing like leotards, shorts, and t-shirts. Avoid socks, tights, dresses, jeans, belts, buckles, zippers, long earrings, or sharp objects. Long hair should be tied back away from the face.
Adult Participation: Adults may enter the gym floor for photos during activities. However, they must stay off equipment and remove shoes before stepping on the floor.
Waivers: Ensure all participants have completed the required online waivers.
Party Supplies: Provide plates, napkins, cups, and utensils (including a knife for the cake).
Food & Drinks: Bring finger foods like snacks, pizza, cake, and refreshments. A full-size fridge and freezer are available for use.
Safety First: For safety reasons, ice, ice chests, and Sterno burners are not allowed on the premises.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete the waiver.
Waivers: Prior to the party, please complete the waiver provided by the host. A signed waiver is mandatory for all students participating in the activity.
Attire: Comfortable athletic attire like leotards, shorts, and t-shirts. Long hair should be tied back. No shoes, socks, tights, belts, or dangling jewelry. Children should be barefoot.
