Airborne Dreams Camp is designed to give gymnasts of all levels a rare opportunity to train under high-level coaching.
Whether your child is in Xcel, Compulsory, or an Optional/Elite program- get a glimpse into what it feels like to train like a champion.
Experience the same principles used to develop USA national team and collegiate athletes in an uplifting environment.
It’s about learning the details that matter: body shaping, strength, foundations, artistry, focus, and confidence.
This year, Airborne Dreams Camp brings together highly qualified National Team staff, multiple elite-level clinicians, and special guest Shilese Jones for an experience designed to inspire, educate, and elevate gymnasts of all levels.

🎤 Parent Q&A Session
We know that pursuing big dreams is a family journey.
Our Q&A session will cover:
- What does the elite pathway actually look like?
- How do you support your daughter without burnout?
- When is the right time to push — and when to pause?
- What do high-level coaches look for?
- How do you nurture both ambition and overall wellness?
This is an open space for parents to ask everything they’ve ever wanted to know about supporting their daughter’s dreams in a healthy, balanced way.
Whether your gymnast is early in their journey or aiming higher, this experience blends elite-level principles with encouragement and care.
