This program is designed specifically for students looking to learn tumbling and trampoline skills. Students are recommended to have previous gymnastics or tumbling experience.
The coach will also modify the exercises and drills to accommodate each student’s skill level and fitness level. Students will utilize the trampoline, vaulting springboard, and foam pit to learn a variety of tumbling skills, including flips, twists, and passes. This class is a great complement to cheerleading, dance, and karate.
Tumbling + Trampoline

- 75 min class
- This program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each student who wish to specialize in tumbling.
- Previous gymnastics or tumbling experience is strongly recommended. Students who have some previous experience will be better prepared for the challenges of the class.
- Students will utilize the trampoline, vaulting springboard, and foam pit to learn their new skills.
- This class is a great complement to cheerleading, dance, and martial arts.
