Airborne offers a variety of classes for children from crawlers to 17 years old. Airborne offers recreational gymnastics classes for both boys and girls of all ages and abilities to learn the sport. We offer a specialized tumbling and trampoline class for those children wanting to learn specific tumbling skills. Our parkour program is available to children ages 2 ½ and older to experience the new sport of parkour. Airborne also offers adults the opportunity to learn gymnastics through our adult program. Our competitive girls’ team competes in artistic gymnastics meets throughout the state and country.
We are not offering trial classes. Your family is welcome to observe classes at any time before choosing to register. Please contact the office with questions about our classes.
Registrations are completed online through our Parent Portal. If you child is a new student, please use our online Registration form.
Please note that when you sign up for a class, you are signing up for a class day, time, and level, not the instructor. Instructors may change, but our intention is to keep instructors as consistent as possible.
Many of our classes may have a waitlist to enroll. If there is no waitlist for the class, we can enroll your child for the next available start date. If there are no spaces available, students are allowed to be on a maximum of 3 waitlists. We will contact families from the waitlist as space becomes available.
Yes! Our programs are year-round and can be entered into at any time of the year for recreational students. Your child’s monthly tuition will be pro-rated appropriately if they start the class in the middle of the month. Multi-student discounts do not apply when fees are pro-rated. Airborne does not pro-rate fees for absences or missed classes.
Airborne Gymnastics has a $50 non-refundable annual registration fee that is due for each child prior to starting any class. This fee includes secondary coverage through K & K Insurance Group Inc. and is required for all students. Registration fees are renewed each year on the anniversary of your child’s enrollment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or check for monthly tuition. A credit card must be kept on file to be used for Automatic Payments. Automatic payments will be run on the 1st of each month. If your family would prefer to pay by cash or check, please do so before the 1st of each month to avoid being charged using the card on file.
We do not prorate tuition for holidays or gym closures. Special Make-up sessions are offered to students who will miss one of their four classes for the month due to an Airborne closure.
In-person make-ups due to missed classes are not offered. In-person Special Make-up sessions are only offered to students who miss their 4th class in the month due to Airborne’s Holiday closures. Airborne charges tuition based on four classes each month. These make-up sessions can be scheduled only on designated Special Make-up Dates. Please see our full calendar here: Closures – Airborne Gymnastics.
If your family misses a class, make-ups can be completed through our online Zoom program. All Zoom classes are live, instructor-led, and will be catered to the students scheduled on that date. Please see our Zoom make-up schedule here: Zoom Make-up Classes – Airborne Gymnastics.
Your child must currently be enrolled at Airborne to schedule and complete make-up sessions. Zoom make-up sessions are scheduled by appointment and will be accessed through the Parent Portal. Please email the office to schedule a Zoom session. Pre-Team, Xcel, and Team groups are not offered make-ups.
We require written notice, by email, at least 7 days prior to the month you would like to cancel. We do not drop students mid-month. In order to process your cancellation and avoid being charged for the following month, you must file your cancellation by email. Please email us your child’s full name and class name and when your family would like to discontinue the class. The office will confirm your cancellation upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellation notices.
Airborne does not have a “hold policy”. Monthly tuition is required to remain active in classes. If you do not wish to pay regular monthly tuition to guarantee your child’s spot, you must submit a cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the month you would like to cancel (See cancellation policy). If you know you are leaving for an extended period of time, you can place your child on waiting lists for the same level class, ahead of time, in order to increase your chances of getting back into classes upon your return. All students can be on up to three waiting lists at one time.
For safety and movement during classes, students should come to every class dressed in comfortable sports/athletic attire(leotard, tank/t-shirt, shorts, sweats/leggings). No jeans or dresses allowed. Clothing with belts, buckles, large buttons, or zippers can harm students and coaches and damage equipment.
Hair must be secured back away from the face before class.
Jewelry should be removed before class. Stud earrings are accepted.
Students must be barefoot to ensure safety and grip on the gym floor. Socks will not be permitted on the floor.
Airborne has parking spaces available in the front, right side, and back of the building. Please do not park in the Windustrial building’s parking lot (left side to Airborne) as cars may be towed. Parking is permitted on Windustrial’s side Monday through Friday after 5:00 pm and on weekends. For safety, all children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when walking through the parking lot.
Our preschool program classes (Diaper Dynos, Minimights, Dynamights, and Dynamos) are age-based. Each child will be promoted to the next level when they meet the age requirement for that level.
All classes, from the Beginning level to the Advanced level for gymnastics and Basics to Intermediate/Advanced for parkour, are based on skill acquisition. Each level has a specific list of skill requirements. All skills for that level must be consistently mastered before the student is promoted to the next level. Students can be promoted to the next level at any point in the year once they have the skills required.
Students are continuously being evaluated during their classes. We provide families with Progress Reports twice per year(late Spring and late Fall) to provide feedback on their student’s current progress in the class. In skill-based classes, students can be promoted to the next level at any point in the year once they have the skills required for the next level.
If you would like feedback on your child’s progress, please speak to your child’s coach before or after class.
Please speak to our office staff to let them know you wish to speak to your child’s coach. They will let your coach know to speak to your family before or after class. Coaches sometimes have back-to-back classes, so please check in with the office staff to inquire. You may also request your child’s coach’s email address from the office so that you can communicate with them directly.
Yes. Private lessons are scheduled directly with the coaches during designated times. You may contact any coach for their availability for private lessons. You may also request a coach’s e-mail address from the office to communicate with them about private lessons. All students MUST have a completed registration form and a non-refundable $50 annual registration fee prior to starting any private lessons or sessions. Please contact your coach directly to inquire about availability and rates.
