Our parkour classes are designed to build strength, self-awareness, confidence and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports.

Students will have the opportunity to enjoy activities including flipping, climbing, jumping, obstacle courses and a range of body movements in an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Students will learn to move and overcome obstacles in front of them, not just for today, but for life.

What is Parkour? 

Parkour is a discipline of physical training that focuses on developing the ability to move freely and efficiently through any environment, using only the human body. It is typically practiced in urban environments, but it can be practiced anywhere.

Parkour practitioners focus on developing their strength, balance, coordination, and agility. They also learn how to assess and overcome obstacles in their path. Parkour movements include running, jumping, climbing, balancing, vaulting, and rolling.

Mach 1

  • 3½ to 5½ years

  • Students in this class will develop a strong foundation that is built upon subsequent parkour levels.
  • Students will learn skills to develop balance and gross motor skills through proper technique.
